No access to phone to call to get my lost phone blocked

I am travelling in  a remote area and have lost my phone. I have no way of calling the O2 number to ask for it to be blocked. WHY WILL THE LIVE CHAT NOT CONNECT ME TO AN AGENT??!?!?!?!?
