No Voicemails

i have a permenant alrt on my phone saying i have a new voicemail, however when i call the voicemail i have no new or saved messages.

 

i am worried that i am missing voicemail messages.

Call your mobile from another phone and leave a message.

Listen to your message on your mobile, then delete it and this will clear the other notification too.

Everything about VM here Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 

You may need to delete an old voicemail by pressing 3.

If still having issues then contact O2 to reset VM. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
