Today I received my Experia Pro I with O2 sim card, but now is nearly 12 hours do not know my sim / telephone number, neither can connect to O2 network, even my O2 can not recognise my account and when I log to my O2 account, it is just blank saying '' you have no product and no services''.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you're brand new to O2 you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Sorry I do not have old O2 sim, as I am a new customer, very bad experience joining O2
