I have data but no signal. Your website has said the following for nearly 2 days

"Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it." My wife is with 02 but has signal? So how do i find out if the mast is 100% the problem? And if it is do I just wait around for a few more days until I can use my phone again

Your wife could be connected to a different mast, or connected to one of the available channels and o2 wont give out fix times for mast issues as there are various things that can affect resolution time..

You could try your sim in another phone and that may indicate a sim issue or a phone issues.
