No Service

Do we get credit on our accounts for the loss of service. I would like to think 02 will be the caring provider and give something back. I would ask them directly but finding it hard to get in touch with them.

They're covered in their T&C's...

Also, you haven't used your Phone, so what would need to be refunded?...

No - but it may be something area specific. If it is then it is nothing to do with the last outage.

I've had something from them, can't remember if it was a mail or a text, but it basically said they're sorry and I've got a £10 credit to spend in any O2 store. I assumed everyone would have had this.

Very odd,

have two o2 mobiles on 2 accounts in the house, both can dial out and recieve emails at the moment,  but neither can receive incoming calls.

Anyone else seeing this problem?
