No Service on new upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable
Wondering if anyone can help, I upgraded to iPhone 7 yesterday as an existing customer of o2. Since then I have been able to use my new phone, no problem. However today, it suddenly read 'No Service'. I went back to Carphone Warehouse and they said I needed to do a sim swap in o2 store, so I went to o2 and got a new sim. However it has been in my phone for 3 hours now and still reads 'No Service'. I understand it can take up to 24 hours but it never does normally which makes me think the same thing is happening again. Am I missing something else here? Any help greatly appreciated.

This is either a phone or account issue.
Start by call customer services to check your account http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and if they say all is good on account then you need to take phone back to CPW.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So they've already done the sim swap then? Maybe you need to contact customer service to see what's up

The sim doesn't work in my iPhone 5 either which makes me think it's an account issue or sim rather than the new phone. Thank you.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if CPW screwed your account up......
