No Service on new upgrade

I got my new upgrade a week ago and have just got round to setting my phone up but I have NO SERVICE.  is there a waiting period before my phone works?

You need to use your old sim card in the new phone or if it's a different size perform a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

You can also pop into your local o2 store & they will sort it for you
