Hello O2,
I am at my wits end.
For the last few months (yes few months) inhabe no service at my home. I can use wifi calling which is a life saver but without service I can’t use many other services especially services which require 2FA (that’s where you are sent a text message for access ).
This means that I can’t access my work email, SharePoint, banking apps, Amazon, EBay and so on. It means that working from home is now impossible.
We have waited too long for you to fix the issue and now it’s time to either tell us the truth and compensate us or fix the problem.
How long do you want us to wait again? We have been patient but time has run out.
No more excuses please.

A couple of things which may help. O2 never give time scales for mast repairs. There are too many things causing delay, lack of parts, gaining access to the land etc. You could download the My Network app so you can report the issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
Also have a look at this guide Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Finally you could make a complaint, although that won't get the mast fixed more quickly.
