Hi, I am a new o2 customer and have had a nightmare since joining. They sent out a physical sim card which worked but i needed an esim, a pack was sent out but it would not register, and then became invalid. I had to go into a o2 store who gave me a new pack which worked and the sim swap was simple. They also set up my number port which happened today. My old sim deactivated this morning and at the same time my o2 esim went to no service so I thought the port was in progress. I have tried restarting all day with the same result of no service. Since lunch time all my calls go through to o2 voicemail so i know that the number is now on the o2 network and my number in o2 account has changed. I am away tomorrow and need a working phone, can someone please help.

OK, after a bit of a heated conversation with a line manager he did something, told me to delete the esim and add it again and hey presto it worked. Hope this helps someone else in the same situation

@pau1200

You need to go back to the store for a new esim pack.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Oh no, is that the only way to get it resolved, I am working away tomorrow for the rest of the week so wont be able to get to a store. The thought of going away without a phone is horrible as my kids wont be able to get me 😞 Regretting moving already
