No SMS reception & VERY slow internet & Very poor O2 3G Reception

Anonymous
Not applicable

From Yesterday, I can't receive any message! I am able to send a message, but I cannot receive any!?

Apart from that, the internet is extremely slow with delays

In many places, I can't call or receive a phone call, but there is no problem with Vodafone, Virgin and even 3!

Please respond to this email as soon as possible.

@Anonymous no one from o2 will call you as we are all customers here.

Try these steps to help https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

or call customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
