Hi all,
I didn’t receive my Apple Air Pods in the promised time, and had since got replacements elsewhere, so O2 said I can refuse the delivery once they arrive.
This was in October time, the credit plan wasn’t cancelled and they took their 1st month payment. I cancelled this when I noticed, and 5 long calls later they are still hesitating with refunding me over £60, saying “the back office team are investigating”.
I’m since being threatened on the credit side, saying this can affect my credit score and the amount owed keeps rising.
I was in the contract turnaround times (14 days), most phone operators keep lying, please someone help.
