I've had an O2 account for many years, over a year ago I was persuaded to sign a contract via Aerial Direct. Since then I've been unable to access my bills. The 'Your bills' link on the AerialDirect site takes you to the O2 'My O2 Business Accounts' page, but when I log in I get "You don't seem to have any services available on your account at the moment. ".
I asked Aerial Direct about this but was told I had to take it up with O2.
I've not been too bothered about this because my bills have always been fairly low, but this month my DD has taken an unexpectedly high amount so I need to see the itemised bill.
How do I go about getting my PayMonthly mobile onto my O2 account? I also have a PAYG so I have a 'My O2' account. I have linked the two accounts but can only see the PAYG mobile.

You need to contact business customer service on 8002. It may need resetting or there might now be a seperate log-in for the business account.

At one time you used to have to receive a password via Royal Mail, not sure if that's still the case with business accounts?
