New phone as of sunday (samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5g). Told it could take 48 hours for network to kick in however it has now been this time and I still have no text, calls or mobile data! Help

Have you tried turning phone off and back on also if you have tried that best to call o3 between 8 .8.30am to avoid the cue

@Sophie3 Were you given a new sim with your new phone? Did you do a sim swap, or are you using your old sim?
