Hi there

I have no access to O2 today. My bills are up to date, O2 says the local network is fine, and I've tried restarting the phone more than once. Please someone help me.

Thank you, Ed

Hi Edagoodman,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing network problems.

Have you tried removing the sim card and placing it back inside? Do you have access to another phone? You could try placing your sim card in there to check the service.

I'd recommend calling customer services on 03448090202 or heading down to your local O2 store for them to have a look at your account. Be sure to take a drivers licence or passport with you for ID.

Thank you both. I have removed the sim card and put it back in, and it now works. Thank you again.
