I've renewed my contract and received my new sim today, since renewing my contract I haven't been able to connect to the internet. Which I thought would rectify itself once I installed the new sim, no such luck!
Tried going through the 4G set up but everytime it gets to were I enter my phone make and model this is what comes up

Just on the off chance...is this a new sim and have you activated it...or done a sim swap?

yep done been through swap my sim and done all that.

sorted reset network settings and rebooted
