No Internet since I renewed my contract

I've renewed my contract and received my new sim today, since renewing my contract I haven't been able to connect to the internet. Which I thought would rectify itself once I installed the new sim, no such luck!

Tried going through the 4G set up but everytime it gets to were I enter my phone make and model this is what comes up

No need for the 4g set up routine.
Just text the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back.
Reboot phone and try again.

tried both comes up with 

"you are not suscribed to a mobile data service"

sorted reset network settings and rebooted :grin:
