Hi have ordered a new contract with a phone included which I'm still waiting for. When signing into my O2 account today to check progress it mentioned that to pick up from the shop I would be required to have a passport or driving license which I have neither of. How do I go about getting my phone when it is ready for collection or will I need to have it delivered to my address instead? I have forms of Identification that are not photo type or an expired passport with my maiden name on which I could prove it was me with other relevant documentation but don't have any photographic identification.

Thqnks

When it's delivered to store you will be emailed a PIN to use when collecting.

Take that and whatever else you have to prove your identity.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
