No Email For 2 Months

i have tried for the last 2 months to access my email account on 02 i have contacted cs multiple time each time been told different things.

the worse thing is this is my main email address and very important emails go here. this is getting beyond a joke. someone please tell me how i can resolve this issue.

Create another primary e mail address by using hotmail for example.

Probably not the answer your wanting but if you've been through all the departments and your e mails are important then I would drop the 02 one and make another.

There have been a few people who have had various issues with 02's e mail.

only the portal team can resolve your issue when you speak to o2 ensure it is progressed to them.
