I am in Barcelona since yesterday and data is not working. Call and text are fine.

If using an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

If any other phone, manually search for a different network and reboot your phone.

If still not working, contact customer service. Numbers to try here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
