No Credit, - which is your fault

Anonymous
Not applicable

You debitted £1.00 and messaged me telling me that i now could access the internet any time uptill 12 midnight.  and I wasnt even attempting to go on line at the time.

i am really angry at £1.00 being taken from my credit.  because i need to text my one of my children as a matter of urgency. and I wasnt even aware untill then that my balance is zero.  The nearest place i could top up is almost 2 miles away and i also have small children in bed, and unfortunatly i have no funds in my bank account so i am getting really upset and distress. because i dont seem to have any options available to me,

And yes i have already borrowed my £1 and also i have claimed my rewards.

You need to turn off mobile data to stop the £1 dailyweb charges.

Do you have a My O2 or email account? If so you can send a text online (the=is service is being withdrawn 1st November)

All you need to do is turn off data and you won't get any of these charges.

If you tell us which phone you have we can show you how to do it, most modern phones will go online to update various things automatically, unless you tell it not to.

So many people are caught out with this.

IMO a user should get a warning saying "Your attempting to access the internet and will be charged. Do you wish to continue ? "

If your using any form of smartphone then your lucky to not have had this happen before.
