I recieve a monthly mail to say that my new bill is ready to be viewed. When I log in the most recent bill available is from January! I've told someone in o2 'customer services' and nothing has changed.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately it's only something customer service can help you with. Have you spoken to them on 202 or webchat?

Yes, spoke with them on webchat and was told that it was a temporary glitch and they'd fix it. This was 2-3 months ago.

Nobody here can help with this, you need to phone them on 202.

Definitely 'speak' to them as webchat can be a little lacking for account queries.
