My wife has iphone 11 on pay monthly sim. We are abroad in EU and she cannot connect to 4G. I use Samsung S20 fe 5g with no issues. Currently having to connect her phone via my mobile hotspot. Any ideas what I can do to resolve the issue?

Some things to try.
1 - Manually search for a different network.
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - Call customer service to check for any roaming bars.
4 - When using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
