Have you tried a factory reset? You could try a new sim from o2 to see if you have a faulty sim.
It could be the antenna so maybe contact Samsung for repair if it's not a faulty sim

Check your tariff hasn't changed in My O2 or call customer service to make sure there have been no changes.
If possible try your sim in another 4G phone to see what signal you get. The O2 store will change the sim for you free of charge and swap your number and tariff to it.

What signal are you getting?
eg. H+, H, 3G etc? Or none at all?
