No 4G. Can't text/call.

Hello, 

 

I really hope somebody can help. 

 

I have been on the phone with O2 for an hour now but it just keeps on telling me that I am still on queue and waiting for an agent. 

 

My problem is all of a sudden my 4G won't work and can't text or do outgoing calls received an incoming call earlier though. 

 

It's not just my line, it's my partner's line as well who is on the same account just a different number. 

 

We've tried restarting our phones. Still no 4G. It shows that there is a full bar of signal but can't text him or call him. He can't do the same as well. I can receive incoming messages and calls though. So as of the moment, we can only speak to each other through wifi. We both have iphones. 

 

Can somebody help me please? Tried to check if we have any pending balance but when I rang O2 the automated message sad I have £0 balance and on my account it shows that it's fully paid. 

 

PLEASE HELP.

What do you mean? 😞 

Does this mean I have to wait for them to answer? 

I got a message last night saying "O2 has turned off 4G calls on your account."

 

Checked the status of the network in both areas, where my husband is and where I am at the moment and currently all systems are supposed to be working in these areas.
