Nhs email address not valid

Hi

anyone got any advice

i had a new phone and had nhs discount from previous. I think I need to reverify for new phone. I go to o2 open and I now have new nhs email as I am now @nhs.Scot as we changed in Scotland (used to be @@nhs.net) now it says to put valid email in and won’t accept nhs.Scot !! Any advice
