I recently ordered and paid for an upgraded phone on the 11th, and paid for next day delivery, but it never showed up. I got an email from O2 saying it'd "soon be in the couriers hands", but when searching for the tracking number, it just has a question mark. I've been in contact with O2 4 times now. The first time I was forwarded to UK Mail customer service, who promptly hung up on me and told me they couldn't help me. I was then told that UK Mail had marked it as a "customer collection", but neither O2 nor UK Mail has provided me with an address of where I'm supposed to collect it. Neither would provide me with a tracking number either. On my final call, I was told to just "wait it out" and if it wasn't delivered by the end of the week, I'm just to cancel the order. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I have an order number, a parcel number, and that's it. Is there any way for me to find out where my phone is?
