I have recently purchased a new ipad. It is all set up. However when out of wifi range my 4G is not working. I have spoken to someone and they say all seems fine but to contact yourselves.

Look in Settings >Mobile data and ensure it is on. Then scroll down and turn of for each individual app.

Next would be to reset your network settings.

If that doesn't work, it's possible that 4g isn't enabled on your account.

Check by selecting 3g in network settings.

You'll need to call customer service then as it sounds like it's not provisioned on your account.
