Received my new iPhone 11 yesterday (Like New) Whilst using it this morning it crashed on me and then a message popped up saying unable to verify battery as not genuine.... I knew when I made the upgrade it wouldn’t be perfect but I thought at least it would of been all genuine parts, can anyone shed any light on this?? Does the happen regularly???

@Kim79

Refurbished phones are supposed to be rebuilt using genuine parts.

You need to call customer service to get yours replaced with another phone Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
