Hi @Anonymous you need to contact o2 as it’s their responsibility to get it to UKMail then the couriers responsible to delivering it to you. O2 will hopefully refund you the delivery fee

@AnonymousBest time to call customer services is between 8-8.30am in the morning. They rarely ring you back. Call them tomorrow. They have to chase up this order for you. Don't be fobbed off...
