hi I have received my new phone and want to keep my old number. How do I do that? I've tried ringing 02 but they aren't answering

O2 are closed now. They re-open at 8am

@shane01 Just use your old sim, if it's the same size. If your new phone is 5G and you want to avail yourself of that, you'll need a new sim to swap to, but your old sim will work in the meantime.
