New to 02 - being charged for Disney+ when its bundled free for 6 months - cannot speak to human

So I took out a 12 month sim contract with 02 for unlimited texts minutes etc. It included Disney+ as an extra which I added straight away - once my number had transferred in. I just got my first bill and they have charged me for it. I did get an email I week or so ago saying I ahd not added my extra but have checked my account and it was added as anextra. Tried to contact them on 202 - it is impossible to speak to a human. They just cut you off if you wait. I don't want to pretend I have lost my phone etc Just wnt to be treated honestly and fairly

 
What sort of third rate service is this?

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I tried that other than lie by claiming an upgrade or fraud and they just cut my off after suggesting I look at the website - several times
