I have just signed up for a new contract, unlimited texts, minutes and data roaming, I received an email saying you had removed my O2 travel, is this my data roaming under another name and if so why?

You need to contact O2 for specific account questions
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
