I have just been given confirmation of a postal delivery for a new tariff and realised it is being sent to my old address. How can I correct it to the correct address?

If you are on a monthly contract you can change your address in your MyO2 under "Manage my details" http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If PAYG, you cannot change it.
If you have any problems, call customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
O2 help page here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-address-in-my-o2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I'm not sure it can be changed at this point as you have had confirmation, but at least CS will be able to advise you....

Going to your old address will be very tricky as obviously someone else lives there now...

The couriers may just change delivery. It has been known before but you need to go through customer service initially

If it's DPD for hardware and you have a tracking number and even better a text then you may be able to change address directly with them. Not sure who else O2 uses but ability to change address (or not) with courier depends entirely on which is being used.

If it's Royal Mail for a new SIM and it's already been sent then there is no way of stopping it in the short term (long term you can set up a mail forwarding service)

If it's just a tarrif change keeping the same sim, it's unlikely anything will be sent at all.
