Hi,

I recently received a letter saying I am beyond my minimum contract term and I’m being moved to a new 30-day rolling refresh contract, which will save £11 a month. However, I have just received a text message which says my monthly plan will stay at £40.

Obviously I’m hoping what the letter says will be the case, but I wondered if anyone else has had similarly conflicting information and what the outcome was?

Thanks in advance,

Liam

@Liam4 The letter should be correct. The text is probably just computer generated. You can check your tariff on your MyO2 page. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If there's any problem, you'll need to speak to customer service, which is very difficult to do at the moment. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
