New tariff upgrade

Hi, I've chosen not to upgrade my phone at the end of the contract in favour of signing up to a cheaper tariff for a year. I am keeping the same number. I was surprised to find a new SIM in the post. Is this correct? Do I need to change my SIM?

Hi,

As long as your current sim still fits your phone then just keep using that and you can keep the new one as a spare.

If, by some chance, the old one stops working (unlikely) then just switch to the new one.
