Hi,
I had my phone stolen and did get a new SIM card today. I’m a pay monthly customer. Is there anything I need to do to activate it ? I remember the last time I had to activate a sim I had to use the SSN.

You will need to contact o2 to activate the sim card, I would call them on 0344 809 0202 from another phone to activate it.
