I’ve just ordered a new phone and selected that I don’t need a new sim. Does this mean that when the new phone arrives my current sim will be on the new tariff I’ve agreed, but still have my old phone number?

@NathanDavis If your old sim is the size you need for the new phone you can use that. If your new phone is 5G ready, and you want to avail yourself of 5G if you're in an area that is up and running, then you will need a new sim and will have to swap it at some point. Sim swaps have been a problem for O2 during this crisis, so it's probably best to leave things as they are until some kind of normality comes back to the world.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
