Hi I got a new sim today but is saying the sim is not supported with my device

Is the SIM card activated or is your phone locked to a different network?
Sim swap process here if sim is inactive.

Sounds like the phone is locked to another network.

Phone no longer tied to my account

O2 Travel (for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone) Bolt On

Error code 14
