Hi all, just switched from EE. Been using the phone for a day and a half with no issues. Suddenly this morning it's not connecting to network despite having a full 4 bars signal. Could this be because my old number should be transferring across today? I've tried restarting the phone with no luck.

Welcome to the o2 Community.
I would say that it was that as the new sim stops working and transfer takes place.
It happened to me that way.
It takes 24 hrs or so to complete and you do need to keep turning your phone on and off.
