Does anyone happen to know if you just keep your existing sim when you switch to a ‘sim only’ deal on o2?? I’m an existing pay monthly o2 customer and changed tariff yesterday to a 30 day sim only one. my usage is showing the new deal, but I haven’t changed sim or even had it delivered yet - but maybe I didn’t need a new one at all?? (I just ticked the box to say send me one as I wasn’t sure). Can’t find the answer on their website and calling is obviously a no-go. Anyone know?? Thanks!
Since you changed it yesterday probably it will take quite some time before the sim is delivered. Did you receive any dispatch email confirming that your sim has been sent? Also if you new deal is showing, then I guess they've upgraded you to a sim only, I think you don't need to worry anymore
