New sim has lost signal after swapping old number

I moved my old number to my new SIM yesterday. I had signal on my new SIM card earlier today but have suddenly lost signal just now. My iPhone X says “no SIM”, but it is installed okay. Tried a restart etc with no luck. Please help!

It's not unknown for sim cards to fail like this so I'd call in to your local O2 store for a free replacement.
