So i have started a new contract on refresh with a Samsung Galaxy S20FE 5G
They sent the phone and a 5G sim but i am confused as what do i do with my current sim as its already changed over to the new contact, Do i put the both into the new Phone?
Please help as i cant seem to get a conversation with customer service at all.
@Stevo67 If the area you're in isn't 5G enabled yet you can carry on using your old sim. If you want to swap using the link @jonsie has provided, the new sim is backwards compatible to 4G as well.
