Hi, Iv upgraded and I need to set up my new phone. I was sent a SIM card with it. Do I need to put my old sim to keep same number or the new SIM card?

@Giorgo If your current sim is 5G capable, just put the sim in the new phone. If, however, it's not and you're in a 5G area, you'll need to do a sim swap. Here's a guide to help you: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you're not comfortable doing the swap yourself, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby, and they'll do it for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
