@Augell66 You can't. If it's meant to arrive today or tomorrow you can either refuse delivery and wait until O2 receives the phone back to order it again, or you can accept it and send it back under the change your mind policy and order it again.

Try calling customer service in the morning from 8.00am Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
If too late, you can return it under the change of mind policy.
