New phone

Okay, so I ordered a new phone upgrade last night and I selected the green one. I’ve looked at my order and it’s not saying it’s coming in black and I don’t want a black phone. I’ve tried to reach out to O2 on the phones but I’m getting nowhere close to speaking to an actual person. My phone is due today and not sure what to do. Can anyone help me?

You will need to return the phone and reorder the correct colour https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
