New phone

I ordered a s10 plus prism blue on the 4th of may i got an email to say the device is out of stock when will receive my new phone

@Dale2 This is a customer community. We have no way of knowing when you'll get your phone.

This is a standard ploy of O2. Take your money, sock it in a short term, high interest account and make a few bob off it, then either refund you, or if the phone comes back in stock, send you the phone. Either way they make a little more money off you while you stew.

Still waiting on my phone still contracted 02 to see what was happening they told me just need to wait !!! I checked my 02 its saying its still in progress. I havent paid anything upfront as there was nothing yo pay wish they would have just yold me on the phone when i orderd it . It was out of stock 😡
