@Drew1 Unfortunately you've missed the change your mind cutoff time, which has been extended from 14 to 28 days. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

Hi @Drew1

If you got the phone directly from O2 you will be on whats called a Refresh plan. This means you can pay off the device plan at any point and upgrade. If you log into the My O2 app and select upgrade it will tell you much you have left to pay on your device. Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

Hope this helps
