I've been sent emails about the terms and conditions but never got a email to confirm my phone will be delivered.
When I try to sign into my 02 it's says "you don't have any products or services in My 02 account" does this mean it hasn't worked?

You will receive an email with tracking details then and you will be able to track delivery. In your MyO2 which will update at that point.

Hi @Ndc11 You wont hear anything now until you receive a dispatch email . You will then be able to track your order https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

Is that why when i try to sign into my 02 app, it says No billing account?
