I have ordered a new phone over a week ago and still doesn’t show in my orders, upfront cost has gone out my bank and still nothing?

@Kayleigh1990 The phone you ordered is most likely out of stock. O2 always take the upfront cost at this point. If the phone cannot be supplied you will eventually be refunded. You can try to speak to customer service, but it's very difficult during this crisis, as they are understaffed.
