Hi, I pre ordered the new oneplus 6 today on a 02 refresh plan, im also a new 02 customer.

I've been sent emails about the terms and conditions but never got a email to confirm my phone will be delivered.

When I try to sign into my 02 it's says "you don't have any products or services in My 02 account" does this mean it hasn't worked?

You won’t get that email until the day before the Phone arrives.
You will receive an email with tracking details then and you will be able to track delivery. In your MyO2 which will update at that point.

Yeah, nothing will be setup yet.

Hopefullu you will get a despatch email soon otherwise you need to wait until they have stock.
